Zac, a dear brother who in this book passionately and meticulously explores the subject of faith as taught in the scriptures. Having the knowledge of the truth and learning to walk in faith is essential for all who seek to do the will of God. For without faith it is impossible to please God.
As children of God, we seek to please God by walking in the pathway of faith. To do that, we must have a good grasp of the true substance of faith and how to walk in faith. God is teaching His children faith by the Word that proceeds from His mouth because; faith comes by hearing the living Word of God. It is the eternal Word of God proclaimed, instructing and leading us on a pathway that we should go. For without hearing, receiving and taking hold of the living Word of God, faith does not exist. It is only our “make believe” or religious “illusion”.
If we receive this Word and hold fast to it, then our faith will not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. We must understand that Jesus himself confessed that he only teach what the Father has taught Him. Even so, when the Holy Spirit the promised of the Father, when He comes. He will not speak of Himself, but will lead us into all truth. The Holy Spirit will illuminate the Word of God and cause us to understand and remember them. This is the Word taught by God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and those sent by God. The Godhead bear witness with one another in proclaiming the same Word.
God has entrust to faithful men and women to teach His children to walk by faith in accordance to His living and eternal Word. It is very important that we take heed and carefully walk in the pathway of faith. For God is mighty and is firm in His purpose, it is He who has predetermined us to walk by faith.
Today, when we hear the messengers proclaim the Word taught by the Holy Spirit. The instant we receive the Word; the faith of Christ spring up from within us.
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (MKJV), said our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
